The Cafe on 26 first opened in May 2010.  C26 is truly A Unique Dining Experience at the Beach's Premier

Boutique Restaurant, always featuring Fresh Local Seasonal Cuisine. The House was built in the mid 1920's and has a warm, home-like, relaxing atmosphere while enjoying your meal. Since opening, Maria Fraser became the sole owner in 2011. Now Specializing in Dinner, our menu changes nightly, with incredible Fresh Specials created by our Executive Chef.  Reservations Only.

Maria Fraser

I bring over 15 years of past restaurant experience to my restaurant.  I wear many hats at C26: Chef, Hostess, Dishwasher, Bartender, etc., so I am sure you will see me, as I am always there.  My staff is phenomenal, as most of them have been at C26 from the beginning.  We are a family oriented business as you will see my sister Gabi, my sons at times, Will, Nolan and Prescott, my parents, and adopted children (a.k.a. the rest of my staff), working hard to make your dining experience a unique one at the beach.   We welcome you to our "home", and  I look forward to meeting you at the Beach's Premier Boutique Restaurant.   Cheers!

Executive Chef

Jason Bostaph

A graduate from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute in Pittsburgh and our Executive Chef since we opened our doors in 2010, Jason brings over 25 years of cooking and restaurant experience when creating each dish for our patrons.

Jimmy Cooper

Starting with us as a dishwasher in 2012 and working his way up to our Sous Chef since 2014,

Jimmy has shown hard work and dedication to the culinary craft by learning daily from Chef Jason and pushing his own self education along the way.

Also being the captain of The Cafe on 26 Bocce Ball Team, Jimmy keeps things running as smoothly as possible both in the kitchen and on the court.
